Admission Procedure

  • Policy: Our entry procedure is designed to maintain a gender-balanced student body without regard to race, religion, or cultural background, catering to both English and French-speaking families.
  • Criteria:
    • Children can join at any stage of their education.
    • Application priority is based on the date of your school visit.
    • Siblings of enrolled students are given priority, at the head of school’s discretion.
    • Students applying for Nursery 1 or 2 undergo an aptitude test before acceptance.

Registration

  • Guidance: The Head of School oversees the registration process.
  • Process:
    • After your guided tour of our facilities, you will receive a registration form.
    • Submit the completed form along with the required fees to register your child.

School Visit

To get a true sense of our nurturing and vibrant educational environment, prospective families are encouraged to visit our school. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet our teachers, see our facilities, and understand our teaching philosophy firsthand.

Offer and Acceptance of Places

  • Offers:
    • Children on the waiting list are offered places as they become available.
    • Places are granted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Acceptance:
    • To secure a spot for your child, sign the acceptance form and pay the registration fee by the stipulated date.
    • If you wish to remain on the waiting list for the subsequent year, kindly inform the school.

Frequency Asked Questions

The Immersion Program is designed for children who join us after the age of three speaking a little or no French. We assess their readiness to join in our immersive program, put in place a specific support system based on their level and then monitor their progress closely.
All our students usually progress to top selective schools locally and abroad.
Yes. Waiting list applicants are those whom we would really like to admit, but cannot due to lack of space. It is advised to register and secure your space early.
No. The school will inform those families concerned by email.
Yes. Existing and Alumni student’s siblings
Yes, at the discretion of the Head of School a trial day could be arranged. Parents of a prospective student will be informed by email regarding a suitable date and time.
Yes, children registering for the Nursery 1 or 2 class will be required to complete an evaluation.
Yes, however there are no visiting time in the morning during school hours. Visiting times are Monday to Friday between 1.30-2pm. Please email the school administrator.
No, because a more personalised and tailored visit is most helpful for prospective parents. We believe receiving vast numbers of people at once is less beneficial for families wishing to learn more and ask questions about the school.
